Donate food where it is needed most

Lindsay, ON) - On behalf of Ross Memorial Hospital, Kawartha Lakes Police Service, OPP and Kawartha Lakes Paramedics, we are grateful for the community’s support, as we work together in the fight against COVID-19. Our first priority is to maintain the safety of our team, so that we can continue to serve our community.

Our teams have received several prepared meals and restaurant food deliveries over the past few weeks, which is an extremely thoughtful gesture. We kindly ask that members of the public and local restaurants refrain from sending these food donations to our team. These donations, which are often in shared containers, create a gathering place for our team members at a time when we are all trying to physically distance ourselves at work and in the community.
