Whistleblower ConfidenceLine

Purpose:

Ross Memorial Hospital (RMH) encourages and enables individuals to report alleged or potential wrongdoing.  The purpose of our Whistleblower Policy is to:

1. Identify the responsibility of individuals engaged with Ross Memorial Hospital to report improper behaviour and activities;
2. Affirm that individuals reporting concerns in good faith will not be subject to any form of reprisal;
3. Provide a procedure to be followed by individuals to report concerns in good faith.

Reporting Procedure

Individuals who are aware of a serious wrongdoing in their working environment are responsible for reporting the incident(s) at the earliest opportunity. Delays in reporting may be unavoidable in some circumstances (to be determined on a case-by-case basis).

To report a complaint: 

1. Speak to a ConfidenceLine agent by calling 1-800-661-9675. A qualified agent will be available 365 days per year, 24 hours a day.
2. Go online to RMH.ConfidenceLine.com. The secure web application will ask general questions about the concern
