HOURS OF WORK
Rotation of 10 hour day shifts, Monday to Sunday. Shifts and hours may vary and change according to departmental requirements and as per the CUPE Collective Agreement.
RATES OF PAY

$25.635 to $29.549 per hour
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
-
Successful completion of a Pharmacy Technician program from a CCAPP accredited College, the PEBC Qualifying Exam and the OCP Jurisprudence Exam and is registered with OCP

Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff

Demonstrated ability to work accurately with attention to detail

Ability to function under minimal supervision

Good knowledge of medication names and dosages

Must be able to fulfill physical requirement of the job, as per current Physical Demands Analysis
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
-
CIVA and unit dose experience
-
Hospital pharmacy experience with Meditech computer system
